Trick or Treat

Today for the festivities, my husband's not quite boss told him he needed to dress up for Halloween. Last night after spending an hour or so looking at old rap stars from the 80s and early 90s, and not getting anywhere fast, we saw the vacuum in the closet, and decided on Ghostbusters. I cut out all the logos, and did the taping and safety pins so I felt like helped him out a lot. And boy did it pay off. My husband won 2nd place in the costume contest at work, which means we now have a $20 movie gift card. Sweet I know!
And here is the little rhino trick or treating through the cubicals of my husband's employment.
Before trick or treating, jobo and I met the dad at the office and ate lunch with him is cube. It was fun. Unfortunately we didn't get a picture of my hubby by his name plate in his cube. We forgot!

  1. Genius! Great job! Looks like the real ghost busters...only he should have worn his glasses so he could be the smart science guy character on the busters! That would have been 1st place.

#2 really wants to know who won first and what they were. It was too late to call you tonight.

And #1 thought Joshy was a bunny but we all knew he was a rhino so don't feel bad. I think it is a great costume!

  2. My husband's not quite boss was dressed up like a ladybug and she won first place. But second is better, first got a $25 card to Olive Garden and we got $20 to the movies. No one wants a gift card to Olive Garden. And third went to a guy dressed in the BYU cougar mascot costume. We don't know what he got, because my husband didn't talk to him.

  3. Very good. Very good. By the way, thanks Lesli for the costume suggestions. They inspired me. I will post. Cindy already has a post of my costume incase you can't wait.

  4. You're right about Olive Garden. I went out to Macaroni Grill with a couple friends tonight...sooo much better, but mostly because of the bread. That's really all I go for. So I guess it's kinda absurd that I just spent $17 on a meal for the free appetizer. Hmm...
